With Platinum Bank Loan Repayment Holidays Continue
About 170,000 of Platinum Bank’s clients have used the possibility to postpone the repayment of the loan with the help of “Rescheduled Loan” service. The unique service was introduced by the bank in 2013, and it has been simplifying the life of Ukrainians for two years. The popular product will be prolonged into 2016 as well.
“Rescheduled Loan” gives the client time to solve the temporary difficulties he’s facing, while avoiding the penal sanctions from the bank and preserving positive credit reputation. After applying for loan repayment holidays, clients get the possibility to skip one or two monthly repayments every 12 months postponing them to the end of the loan term. Loaners are not obliged submit a written application and explain their reasons for postponing the repayment. It’s enough to just notify the bank via the phone and state the holidays’ period.
“We understand that now many clients can face certain difficulties with the monthly repayment of the loan. In order to support them in this uneasy economic situation, where our country finds itself these days, and to show that the bank cares about them, we decided to expand this loan offer into 2016. We were the first to offer this sort of holidays’ format, and by the two years’ results we see that the product’s in demand. At first, only about 40% of clients were ready to take loans with this option. Now, the loans with holidays are greatly in demand and cover about 90% of loans provided by the bank,” - says Dmytro Krasnoshlyk, Member of the Board of Platinum Bank, responsible for Operations.
