Platinum Bank Was Recognized as the Most Attentive Employer
According to the results of the inner contest on the internet-portal rabota.ua, Platinum Bank was awarded the certificates in two nominations: “Most Attentive” and “Most Interesting” employer of 2015. Most interesting – is the employer who received the largest amount of CVs in reply to the posted vacancies. Most Attentive – is the employer who looked through the largest amount of CVs in the database.
Denis Koshchavtsev, the Director of HR Department of Platinum Bank, notes: “At our bank we always knew that to provide quality service to our clients we need, first of all, a correctly selected team of like-minded people. Here at Platinum Bank we believe that every employee is a person on whom a considerable amount of general operation of the organization depends. We value and understand each employee. On the selection stage, the candidate is paid a maximum amount of attention and, of course, provided with feedback. The employees of our HR Department provide the candidate with all necessary information regarding the bank as an employer, including working conditions in the company. In case the candidate is selected, he or she will pass a special “Adaptation programme”, which helps to quickly and easily become a part of the team. According to the results of the research held by “Ernst & Young”, conducted in 2014, Platinum Bank showed the best results among the participants of the research regarding the personnel’s involvement in the activities of the company. Besides Platinum Bank, the participants of the involvement research included large Ukrainian companies from agro, telecommunications and retail sectors. The survey covered about 90% of all employees of the bank. The index of employee involvement amounted to 85%, which is a very high figure (according to the methodology of “Ernst & Young” a ‘good result’ is the involvement of employees on the level of 75%).
