Platinum Bank Introduces Prosto-Karta to the Market

Since the 26th of March, Platinum Bank offers its clients “Prosto-Karta” – a new credit card with the simplest terms and conditions of crediting and service. Among the unique characteristics of “Prosto-Karta” is the fixed payment, made by the client, when the card is being used, with no other payments or commissions for the service.

The idea of creating the simplest credit card possible came to Platinum Bank after the series of surveys, conducted in the big cities of Ukraine. It turned out, that the Ukrainians have formed a set of preconceptions regarding the credit cards. These preconceptions were the result of numerous hidden commissions, tangled provisions of bank agreements in fine print, long waiting lines in the branch offices. Even people, who already are using credit cards, rarely feel comfortable doing so due to the range of factors: from not knowing the exact amount of commission for money withdrawal in ATMs to the lack of understanding how much would it cost in general to use the credit card.

These surveys inspired Platinum Bank to create a product, aimed at crushing the existing stereotypes about credit cards – the simplest possible credit card, which is justly named “Prosto-Karta”. The terms and conditions of its obtaining and servicing are totally understandable by even the least experienced consumer: free-of-charge obtaining and no commissions for cash withdrawal in ATMs, payments in trade networks and for the monthly card service. “Prosto-Karta” is the embodiment of a fairly simple principle: if you use the credit money – you pay for it, if you don’t – you pay nothing.

It should be specifically mentioned, that loan re-payment and the payment for using the loan are united in one fixed monthly payment. There are no additional payments – hidden commissions, insurances and other “invisible” charges. And it means that clients can easily plan their expenses, knowing that nothing will change throughout the effect time of their agreement.

Besides, “Prosto-Karta” has no limitations regarding the number of transactions within the credit limit, which can maximally reach up to 20,000 UAH. With the monthly re-payments you renew the amount of accessible funds on your card, which means you can use them again without the need to go to the bank again.

“We strived to make our new product as simple and accessible for the consumer as possible. No unnecessary things veiled in the steam of fine print – only the sum of the credit limit and the amount of monthly payment, as these are the things the clients are interested in most of all. I think that “Prosto-Karta” will not only help us gain more popularity among our clients, but will also widen the category of credit card users in general”, - says Andrzej Olejnik, Platinum Bank Chief Marketing Officer.

Obtaining “Prosto-Karta” is possible in any branch office or service centre of Platinum Bank. In order to get it, you need to state the credit limit you require and provide the original of your passport and identification number. The decision on providing you with the credit card is made within 20 minutes.
