“Platinum Standards” is listed in the TOP-3 of CSR cases in the “Corporate management” nomination
Platinum Bank took part in the National Competition of Corporate Social Responsibility Business Cases which was held for the fourth time by the “CSR Development” Centre. According to the results of the vote, the “Platinum Standards” case, presented by the bank, is listed in the Top-3 of the “Corporate management” nomination. “Platinum Standards” is the code of practice which regulates everyday activities of the bank’s employees in accordance with the principles of corporate social responsibility.
It’s a sort of handbook, a guide which allows new employees to join the team easily, to organize their work and interactions within the department, and, in the whole, helps all employees to better understand the principles and rules of the company’s activities in order to adhere to them in their everyday work.
The elaboration of “Platinum Standards” was carried out taking into consideration the universal principles of equal opportunities in various aspects – no discrimination according to race, gender, age, creed, sexual orientation or physical abilities of employees – with taking into account the issues of ethnic nature and confidentiality.
