It is particularly important when the Client can give us its feedback immediately after servicing in the bank. Therefore, while visiting a bank office, we offer our Clients to express their opinions by filling in the feedback form, i.e. to "Insert their 5 kopecks".
In the "5 kopecks" form the Client evaluates the level of servicing in the bank, and can write its wishes and recommendations. It is important that the Client does not hand over the filled in form to the manager but places it in a special box by himself. Thus, we follow the principles of honesty and confidentiality.
All forms are transmitted to the service quality control department, where they are studied in details by experts. The Clients’ suggestions and ideas are analyzed by the top management of the bank, and the best of them come to life!

• We have expanded the network of branches working during weekends and those with extended working hours for cash departments. There are branches with cash departments working until 8.00 p.m. in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Dniprodzerzhynsk, Kryvyi Rih, Zaporizhia. You can check working hours of our branches here
• For Clients' convenience, the amount of deposit, its term and interest rate are marked in bold type in the bank's deposit agreements.
• The bank has extended the list of services being provided and started issuing payment cards.
• For Clients' convenience, ATMs have been placed in all branches of the bank.
• Also 24/7 self-service terminals have been placed, where client can add funds on their accounts and pay loans
• Window shades were put on the windows in the branches to protect managers and Clients from the sun.
• The Clients' possibilities to access their accounts have been extended – a Client may withdraw or refill cash on his/her current, deposit or card account at any branch of Platinum Bank.
• For the convenience of control over their deposit accounts, Clients receive sms-messages on expiration of the deposit term.
• The bank's branches became more homely and comfortable due to corporate clocks and and cooler with drinking water.
